Important notice to the candidates seeking admission in the University of Hyderabad. Today is the last day to apply for admission. Interested candidates have to submit the application form by 5 pm at the admission portal of the university on their official website.
The applicants then have to appear for the national level entrance examination. It will be conducted on multiple dates starting from June 1 till June 5. The admit card of the successfully registered candidates will be available on the official website on or after 22nd May 2017.

The university has been given 7 th rank by National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) among all the universities in the country. The admissions are open for 5-year integrated PG, Ph.D., M.Phil. courses or M.Tech programme.
Eligibility
Applicants must have completed their graduation or must be in the final year of their graduation with minimum 50 percent or 60 percent marks depending on the course they wish to apply for admission in the university.
How to apply?
- Visit the official website page.
- Click the admission link blinking on the left-hand side of the page.
- A new web page will be opened, click on the highlighted link “Online Application”.
- The new applicants are supposed to click on “Start new application”. In case, a candidate was not able to complete the application procedure, they are supposed to enter their application number and date of birth to continue.
- Fill all the required details and also upload scanned image of the photograph and signature with size 25kb and 10kb respectively,
- After submitting the form, candidates will receive an application number and the confirmation letter.
- He/She can pay the application fee immediately using the online link provided on the form.

Application Fees
For the general candidates, the fee is Rs.350 while for the OBC student it is Rs.250. And the candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD(PH) are required to pay Rs 150. This application fee is non-refundable.
