B-Schools in India have started incorporating the lessons learned from COVID-19 into their curriculum. Many top MBA colleges in India , including the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) , have started offering courses created around the COVID-19 pandemic and the lessons we learnt from it.
This global pandemic has shaped our lives to such an extent that b-schools find it prudent to update future managers with the necessary skills and know-how to sustain and grow in the post-COVID world. From adding discussions on COVID-19 to its impact on the economy and monetary policies, new topics and knowledge is being added to MBA and other management courses.

The course curriculum at IIM Ahmedabad has been updated and COVID-19 topics have been added to electives such as Hitchhiker's Guide to Business Economics Across Five Centuries and Health-Tech Products and Delivery Systems (HPDS). IIHMR University Jaipur , a one-of-its-kind institution focusing on research and management studies on health systems, has started offering a Vaccine Economics for COVID-19 course in the online mode.
IIM Udaipur has taken a big step towards shaping its teaching-learning module to adapt to the COVID-19 pandemic. The institute has started 18 online management courses on the digital learning platform Coursera during the pandemic along. Janat Shah, the Director of IIM Udaipur, has said that the institute will continue to offer online courses in new and cutting-edge domains.

IIM Bangalore has also reported an increase in the executive education market and other courses due to the desire for upskilling. IIMB has also introduced several new executive courses, which include a Long-Duration Certificate Courses in Data Science. Courses based on Digital Business Models, Digital Marketing, how to prepare for the post-COVID word, AI etc. have seen an increase in popularity for IIMB.
Upcoming managers have to be ready for a world reliant on technology and have to stay ready to adapt to new changes. The updated curriculum and new courses offered by B-Schools may help them achieve success in and make sense of the post-COVID world.
