Age Limit
Candidate must not be younger than 21 years and older than 30 years as on 1 February 2020.
Candidates born before 2 February 1990 and 1 February 1999 are not eligible to apply for this recruitment.
Work Experience
Candidates applying for AE posts may also be required to have a minimum work experience of 3 years (1 year for AE Structural) in a relevant field.
Candidates applying for the post of Assistant Architecture are required to have a working knowledge of AutoCAD or a similar type of software.

LIC AE and AAO Recruitment 2020: Salary and Benefits
The salary of candidates recruited for the posts of AE and AAO at LIC are as follows.
Basic Pay of Rs. 32795 per month in the scale of Rs. 32795- 1610 (14) – 55335 – 1745 (4) – 62315.
Recruited candidates will also be entitled to other admissible allowances, as defined by the rules.
The total emoluments at the minimum scale inclusive of HRA, City Compensatory Allowance etc. in a Class 'A' city will be around Rs. 57,000.
Candidates selected for the post of AAO (CA) having 2 years of work experience on the date of eligibility after completion of their qualifying degree will be eligible to receive 2 advance increments.
Candidates will also be entitled to certain other benefits such as Defined Contributory Pension, Cash Medical Benefit, LTC, Group MediClaim, Insurance, Vehicle Loan. Meal Coupons as well as reimbursements for the costs of certain amenities such as Briefcase / Leather Bags / Mobile Handsets etc. will also be provided.
