Documents Required for Bihar UGMAC AYUSH Admission 2024: All candidates who have received a seat in the ongoing Bihar UG AYUSH seat allotment 2024 have to download the provisional seat allotment letters and report to their allotted institutes. However, there are some important documents required for Bihar UG AYUSH admission 2024 while visiting the college. Candidates can check the list of all such documents and certificates needed to be presented in original and their photocopies to complete the admission process for BAMS, BHMS, and allied courses in Bihar.

Here is the list of all documents as requested by the board for all shortlisted candidates in the verification process after Bihar UGMAC AYUSH seat allotment result 2024 announcement:

• Original NEET UG 2024 Admit Card

• UGMAC AYUSH Rank Card 2024

• Print out of Choice slip

• Downloaded printout of the Bihar UGMAC AYUSH seat allotment letter

• Passing Certificate of Class XII/equivalent examination

• Marksheet of Class XII/equivalent examination

• Passing Certificate of Class X/equivalent examination

• Marksheet of Class X/equivalent examination

• Certificate of residence of Bihar duly issued by concerned CO/Revenue Officer

• Caste Certificate (For reserved category applicants)

• Disability Certificate issued by concerned Government Medical Officer (Only for Physically Handicapped Candidates)

• Six copies of Passport-size photographs were pasted in the NEET UG admit card 2024

• Copy of Aadhaar Card

• Downloaded print of online filled Bihar UGMAC AYUSH application form 2024 (Part A & B)

• Two copies of the check slip

• Family Income Certificate (For EWS category applicants)

• Any other documents (if required)

The candidates have to report to their Reporting/Nodal centres for the document verification process and submit the interest for choice upgradation if they wish to get a better seat in the next round.
