Passing Certificate of Class X/equivalent examination
Marksheet of Class X/equivalent examination
Certificate of residence of Bihar duly issued by concerned CO/Revenue Officer
Caste Certificate (For reserved category applicants)
Disability Certificate issued by concerned Government Medical Officer (Only for Physically Handicapped Candidates)
Six copies of Passport-size photographs were pasted in the NEET UG admit card 2024
Copy of Aadhaar Card
Downloaded print of online filled Bihar UGMAC AYUSH application form 2024 (Part A & B)
Two copies of the check slip
Family Income Certificate (For EWS category applicants)
Any other documents (if required)
The candidates have to report to their Reporting/Nodal centres for the document verification process and submit the interest for choice upgradation if they wish to get a better seat in the next round.
