Rajasthan JET Counselling 2022: With the closure of the online self-reporting process for the third round of counselling on September 18, the offline admission process at the allotted institute for all candidates (UG/PG/Ph.D) who have been allotted a seat in any of the three rounds will commence on Monday, September 19, 2022. The last date for offline reporting at the allotted college is September 22, 2022 (until 5 PM). However, while reporting at the allotted colleges, several documents are required for document verification as well as for admission without which the provisionally allotted seat of the candidate will be cancelled. A complete list of such documents required for Rajasthan JET Counselling 2022 is given here. It is to be noted that all the below-listed documents to be carried to the allotted institute must be Original. Additionally, two sets of self-attested Xerox copies for the same are required as well.

List of Documents Required for Rajasthan JET Counselling 2022
The following are the documents required at the time of admission into UG, PG, as well as Ph.D courses:
- Secondary Marksheet and Certificate
- Sr. Secondary Marksheet and Certificate
- Aadhar Card (or any other Government ID proof)
- Application form of Rajasthan JET 2022 (UG/PG/Ph.D)
- Admit card of Rajasthan JET 2022 (UG/PG/Ph.D)
- Score Card of Rajasthan JET 2022 (UG/PG/Ph.D)
- Rajasthan JET Seat Allotment Letter 2022 (Counselling Letter)
- Three Photos of Passport Size
- Proof of Date of Birth (Issued by Government Authority)
- Domicile Certificate
- Migration Certificate
- Transfer Certificate
- Caste Category Certificate (Not older than one year in case of OBC/MBC/EWS)
- Income Certificate (for EWS Candidate must be issued by the government, application form of EWS is not valid)
- Character Certificate
- Undertaking/Ragging

- Certificate of Defence Wards/Widows (As prescribed in JET booklet >> Annexure-I >> Pg. 19)
- Certificate of Physically Handicapped (Specially-Abled) Candidates (Issued by Government Authority, must be 40% or more)
- Gap Affidavit (if applicable)
- Degree/Provisional Degree Certificate (in case of M.Sc. and Ph.D. admission)
- All Relevant Marksheets of UG (in case of M.Sc. and Ph.D. admission)
- All Relevant Marksheets and Transcript of M.Sc. (in case of Ph.D. admission)
- Proof of Residential Requirement (in case the candidate is not a domicile of Rajasthan but has studied three years continuously in Rajasthan. The supporting marksheets of all three years are also required as well.)
