List of Documents Required on CAT 2022 Exam Day

CAT 2022 exam will be held on November 27, 2022, through online mode across multiple cities in three shifts. Candidates who will be appearing for the CAT 2022 exams are expected to be prepared to appear for the exams by now. With only a few days left for the CAT 2022 Exam Day, candidates are advised to prepare the documents to be carried along on the examination day. On the examination day, candidates will have to carry a few documents to be allowed to enter the examination hall, if candidates do not carry the documents, they will not be allowed to appear for the CAT 2022 exams.

Also, it is essential that candidates are aware of the exam pattern for CAT 2022. The CAT 2022 question paper will include 3 sections, namely: Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension, and Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning. There will be a total of 66 questions, carrying 3 marks for all correct answers, and deduction of ⅓ marks for wrong answers from the MCQs and no negative marking for the non-MCQs.

CAT 2022 Exam Day: List of Documents Required

Here is the list of documents required to be carried along on the CAT 2022 Exam Day:

CAT 2022 Admit Card: The CAT 2022 Admit Card is issued by the authorities and is available on the official website. Candidates will have to download the admit card and take a printout of it.

Valid ID Proof: Candidates will have to carry an original ID proof with the photograph of the candidate on it. Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Passport, and other government-issued ID proofs will be accepted. However, the class 10 mark sheet, birth certificate, or bank passbook will not be accepted.

Passport-size photograph: Before entering the examination hall, candidates will have to undergo a verification process. Candidates will be required to carry 2 passport-size photographs for the verification process. So, make sure to pack recent and colored photographs that have been used while filling out the application form.
