List of Documents Required to Register for Telangana NEET MDS Counselling 2023

Telangana NEET MDS Counselling 2023: The online applications for Telangana NEET MDS Admission Counselling Proces 2023 are ongoing. KNR University of Health Sciences, Telangana has shared the list of documents required to register for the Telangana NEET MDS 2023 Counselling Process. We have shared all important documents for the online application of MDS Admissions in Telangana.

Telangana NEET MDS Admission 2023: List of Documents Required to Apply

All documents that are needed to be scanned and uploaded in the online form before the last date have been shared below:

Passport-size photograph (in the prescribed format)
Hall Ticket and Rank Card for NEET MDS 2023 Examination
Degree Certificate of Bachelor’s of Dental Science from a recognised Medical Institute
Aadhar Card
Yearly/Semester mark sheets of all years of BDS degree
Passing certificates from classes 6th to 12th (For the students who have completed BDS from Government College of Telangana)
Updated Caste Category Certificate (for reserved category applicants of SC/ST/OBC if applicable)
Updated Service Certificate issued by the respective Head of the Department, if applicable (issued after 10th July 2023 by DME/DH/Director ESI/ Commissioner VVP/ MD Singareni Collieries and other Competent Authority as notified by Government).
Internship Completion Certificate (That is to be completed by 30th June 2023)
Dental Council Registration Certificate (Permanent)
10 years Residency proof/Study certificate ( in Telangana/AP) for candidates claiming unreserved quota seats (who studied BDS outside AP/TS or another country) issued by the Competent Authority of Telangana/AP State. (If applicable)

It is to be noted that the eligibility and merit list of the candidates will depend on the validity of the certificates uploaded by them.
