LPU has collaborated with 6 universities in the USA, Italy, Germany, Romania, and the USA to offer international study experience and a global experience to the students.
Lovely Professional University (LPU) has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with 6 international universities in Canada, the USA, Romania, Italy, and Germany. The objective behind this was to offer international study opportunities to the students and provide them with global exposure even amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The universities LPU has collaborated with are Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), Canada; IU University of Applied Sciences, Germany; University of Idaho (UI), USA; South Dakota School of Mines & Technology (SDSMT), USA; University of Macerata (UNIMC), Italy and University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest, Romania.

Aman Mittal, the Associate Director at LPU's division of International Affairs said that they aim to make the most out of this collaboration to offer a truly global and enriching experience to the students as LPU is known as a globally connected university. The university has come up with a series of international study programs which will help the students to compete at a global level. It has been observed that a large number of LPU students are experiencing success in their respective careers through international education offerings.
LPU was recently ranked among the Top 200 universities in the World as per the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2021 . LPU achieved this position among the Indian universities under the category 'Affordable and Clean Energy. It scored 2nd rank in India and 59th globally in the 'Decent Work and Economic Growth' category.
