Lucknow University Admission 2022 is expected to begin in April 2022. In accordance with UP, it is said that there will be a delay in the upcoming session but it is likely to happen from April onwards. Registration for UG admissions last year began on March 9; as of now, there has been no update on registration for admissions in 2022. Admissions on campus at Lucknow University's affiliated colleges are said to be delayed due to the upcoming session. In accordance with reports, the first meeting on the admission process for this year is scheduled for Tuesday, March 8, 2022.
In UP, it is said admissions will begin after the assembly elections and Holi. The application process for Lucknow University admission will be open until May 2022, and the entrance exam for Lucknow University will probably take place around June 2022. When determining when the entrance exams will be held, the University panel will consider the dates of JEE and NEET. Every year, more than 40,000 students enroll at Lucknow University.
In preparation for the admission process of the National PG College's new session, a meeting was scheduled for Tuesday. In his earlier statement, Principal Devendra Kumar Singh announced that the academic calendar would be finalized at the meeting of the committee. The admission process had to be decided when it would begin and for how long it would continue. Currently, there is no concrete information out about whether the meeting was held or not, and there is no notice yet on the university's official website.
Lucknow University Admission Fees
Admission fees for undergraduate programmes were Rs. 800 for general candidates, Rs. 400 for SC and ST candidates for the session 2021-22.
- Application fees for postgraduate programmes were Rs. 1000 for general and OBC candidates, and Rs. 500 for SC and ST candidates.
Internship Scheme Launched by Lucknow University for Students
The University of Lucknow has launched a new initiative in line with the New Education Policy 2020 to create a supportive and engaging learning environment for students. The project has been dubbed Karmoday and will provide students with experiential learning opportunities. The program is unpaid and focused on hands-on learning. In addition, it also promotes work ethics and respect for work, stated student’s welfare dean Prof. Poonam Tandon.
