Students of the University of Lucknow may now post their grievances and feedback online through their individual ‘Login ID’. For instance, if a teacher at varsity is not regular to the classes or communicates properly, students can post their feedback in a separate column called grievance. The authorities of the varsity will address the issues after a thorough investigation.
Through this online mechanism, all the first year UG students will get a login id. A separate database will be created for students, teachers and university officials. The varsity will upload the attendance record of every student in this portal and the feedback of only those students who are regular to classes will be taken into consideration.
