The government in Madhya Pradesh has ordered a probe after a question regarding the difference between "extremists" and "revolutionary terrorists" was asked to the post-graduate political science students. The same has led to the anger of the BJP.
MA third semester students of Jiwaji University, Gwalior were asked the question saying describe the activities of a revolutionary terrorist and mention the difference between revolutionary terrorists and extremists. The question was asked in the theory paper of Political Philosophy-III: Modern Indian Political Thought on December 20, 2019.

The student leaders of Government PG College, Guna reached out to principal B K Tiwari to talk about the matter after a few days. Tiwari responded to that by stating that the college had no role to play as the question paper was set by the University officials and not college.He informed about the same to the university administration of the protest.

According to media reports, the university PRO Dr K S Gurjar said that a notice has been given to the paper setter who has to give an explanation for the same within 24 hours. The university will determine the action after it gets the reply.
The Higher Education Minister Jeetu Patwari has ordered a strict action and probe against the guilty. He would take actions to make sure that such mistakes are not repeated.
