The release time for seat allotment has not been announced at dse2024.mahacet.org.in. However, considering last year’s trends, Maharashtra DSE Round 1 seat allotment can be expected by 5 PM. If delayed, then it is likely to be released 9 PM. If the allotment is delayed further, the seat allocation will be done and released in the early hours of August 21, 2024. Applicants who have completed the options form are eligible to download the seat allotment results for the first round of Maharashtra DSD counselling 2024.

Candidates participating in the Maharashtra DSD CAP Round 1 will have the opportunity to raise objections regarding their allocated seats or accept the seats offered to them from August 21 to 23, 2024, until 3 PM. When raising objections, candidates are required to provide necessary documents to substantiate their claims through their login portals. Once released, candidates can view the course, college, and category-wise cutoff PDF for admission to Diploma courses in Engineering for the academic year 2024-2025. This information will be available immediately after the release of the seat allotment results.
Upon accepting a seat, candidates will need to make a choice between the 'Freeze' and 'Non-Freeze' options. Opting for the 'Freeze' option will secure the allocated seat, whereas choosing the 'Non-Freeze' option will reserve the seat until subsequent rounds unless a better option becomes available.
