NEET 2024 Exam Day Guidelines : As per the schedule, the National Testing Agency will conduct NEET 2024 Examination on May 5, 2024 . All medical aspirants who are planning to appear for the said examination must bring the required documents, and ID proofs, and adhere to the exam day guidelines to avoid any confusion or difficulties on the test day. Having said that, the exam day guidelines for NEET 2024 have been provided here for convenience. The guidelines have been stated for male candidates only. We have provided both dress code and general guidelines on the page.
NEET 2024 Exam Day Dress Code Guidelines For Male Candidates
Male candidates must follow these guidelines pertaining to their dress code on NEET 2024 Exam Day:

Half-sleeved shirts and t-shirts are permitted.

Full-sleeved shirts and t-shirts are not allowed inside the exam hall.

Simple pants/trousers with pockets must be worn.
|
Complex, fashionable pants are not allowed inside the hall. Trousers worn should not be denim.

Light and airy clothes are allowed.
|
Avoid clothes with sequins, zip pockets, big buttons, or embroideries.
|
Turbans are allowed for Sikhs.
|
Rings, bracelets, chains, and necklaces are not allowed.
|
Those who wear glasses, need to wear clear-framed ones.
|
Funky glasses are not permitted on the test day.
|
Slippers and open-toed sandals are allowed.
|
Heels, boots, stilettos, etc are not permitted.
|
Religious attire mentioned (if any) in the application form is allowed.
|
Avoid goggles, hairpins, hairbands, caps, belts, and scarf.

NEET 2024 Exam Day General Guidelines
Here are some do’s and dont’s to follow on NEET 2024 Exam Day:
Do’s
Present documents required for verification through biometrics.
Ensure all the details mentioned in all the documents are clear.
On entering the examination hall, sit as per your designated roll number.
Sit firm while answering the questions.
Enter the examination hall by 1 PM, the sooner the better.
Carry your passport-size photograph, government-issued identity card, and admit card.
Read the test booklet carefully before writing.
Answer using a ballpoint pen only.
Match the test booklet code with the answer code before writing.
Sign the OMR sheet at the beginning and after the examination.
Give a finger impression on the OMR sheet if required.
Fill both sides of the OMR sheet.
Submit the OMR sheet to the invigilator before leaving the hall.
Don't's
Do not create and carry false documents to the examination venue.
Don’t face the camera when it approaches.
Avoid reaching the examination hall after 1:30 PM.
Do not carry prohibited items such as electronic and communication devices, bags and study materials, watches with communication, water bottles, and eatables.
Avoid writing on the test booklet and the answer key whose code does not match. Report the issue to the invigilator.
Do not eat or drink within the examination hall unless you have a medical condition.
Bring your own pen and avoid asking for help from other students.
Avoid changing your seat, or asking for the same.
