MAT 2020 May session which was rescheduled earlier for both PBT and CBT modes due to the coronavirus outbreak now stands cancelled. MAT PBT was supposed to take place on July 2, 2020, and MAT CBT on July 4, 2020. The official notification on AIMA websites states that due to the increasing COVID-19 cases nationally and considering the health hazards, fresh registrations for Paper-Based Test (PBT) and Computer Based Test (CBT) of MAT May 2020 session are being discontinued immediately.
Those who had already registered for PBT/CBT modes have been directed to convert their registration to Remote Proctored Internet-Based Test (IBT). Candidates can now select the dates for IBT from the table given below.

Anyone who is a graduate or in the final year of graduation can apply for MAT exam. AIMA introduced the remote proctored test wherein the candidates can appear for the management aptitude test by sitting in the comfort of their home. However, it is important to have a proper internet connection and they need to download the MSB browser and check their system to ensure that it is compatible for MAT IBT mode. Also, candidates will need to produce an original photo ID proof as well as an original document on day of the exam. They will also have to submit a live image of the document and get it authorized by the invigilator. The frisking process will be carried out remotely for MAT IBT.
