Initially, the date for the release was September 13, 2024, but due to newly added seats, the date has been postponed to September 19, 2024. The official release time for the same has not been announced, however, based on the previous trends, it is expected to be out on or by 5 PM , if released earlier than the usual timings. The most expected timing for the allotment is on or after 7 PM . In case of further delay, candidates can expect the seat allotment PDF to be uploaded on or by 10 PM .

Once out, candidates will be able to download the seat allotment pdf at mcc.nic.in. The seat allotment pdf will include the names of the qualified candidates and the college that will be assigned to them based on the choices marked in the preference form. However, candidates must note that the seat allotment pdf will not include the names of the candidates who have been admitted in Round 1, nor for those who registered for the counselling but did not pay the registration fees. Once those who successfully completed the registration and paid the fee for the same, who opted for upgradation in Round 1, and who could not secure a seat in Round 1, those candidates name will be included in the second round allotment pdf.
