MHT CET 2023 NotificationMHT CET 2023 Notification: The conducting authority of MHT CET 2023, CET Cell, has uploaded the official information brochure for AY 2023-24 admissions on its official website, mhtcet2023.mahacet.org. Through this information brochure, State CET Cell has conveyed all the important dates and all the relevant information required for the conduct of the exam. MHT CET 2023 will be conducted in multiple shifts from May 09, 2023 to May 20, 2023 as a computer-based examination. However, it will not be a remote proctored test but a centre-based test.
The Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) is conducted for admission into undergraduate engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy courses in various colleges domiciled in Maharashtra state.

Important dates pertaining to MHT CET 2023 are tabulated below:

MHT CET 2023 Notification Highlights
- Aside from the schedule, the following are the major highlights of the entrance examination:
- MHT CET 2023 will be conducted in two major subject groups i.e. PCM and PCB.
- The candidates who wish to take admission into B.E/B.Tech engineering degree courses must opt for PCM while PCB can be an additional course.
- Similarly, PCB is mandatory for Agriculture and Pharmacy admissions while PCM is an additional choice.
- The syllabus of the exam and paper pattern is as mentioned here: MHT CET 2023 Syllabus & Structure.
- Of the entire duration of the paper (180 minutes), the first 90 minutes will be given to Physics and Chemistry papers while the rest 90 minutes will be given to Mathematics/Biology. Once these 90-minute slots are over, the candidate cannot go back to solve those subject(s).
- The examination is available in English, Marathi, and Urdu languages.
- Candidates who avail scribe facility will be given an additional duration of 20 minutes per hour of the duration of paper i.e. 60 minutes will be additionally given for a 3 hours paper.
