According to the official schedule, MHT CET Round 2 vacant seats after round 1 allocation will be displayed on the official website on August 19, 2024. The web option form can be done online by the candidates from August 20 to 22, 2024, whereas, the provisional seat allotment for CAP Round 2 will be released on August 26, 2024.

To participate in the MHT CET Round 2 Counselling, aspirants are required to fill out their choices for the courses offered by institutes in a preference-wise order. Do note that only the registered candidates who are eligible are as follows:
- Candidates who did not participate in Round 1
- Candidates who chose the Betterment option after allotment
- Candidates who were not allotted a seat in Round 1
