An official from the University of Tokyo has invited more students from Anand Kumar’s Super 30 to take up higher studies at the varsity apart from the two who are already enrolled for pursuing higher studies at the Japanese University.
Mr. Hiroshi Yoshino – Head of India Operation (University of Tokyo) indicated that research and innovation are the two aspects which are guiding the world in the current scenario. These two aspects make lives easier and science relevant to the contemporary world. He further pointed that ‘Super 30’ is very popular in Japan due to its noble work in the field of education. Numerous bright students from underprivileged classes of society achieved their dreams by making it to IITs through ‘Super 30’, he added.

In 2016, five secondary and higher secondary students from Super 30 visited Japan to experience the research work undertaken there and get a detailed understanding of school education system in Japan. These students had also visited universities, research labs and technical institutes and held interaction with a section of students and faculty members.

Students of Super 30 have been receiving invitations from different universities across the globe for pursuing higher studies. Recently, a team from Moscow University visited Super 30 and interacted with the students . The varsity also offered higher education scholarships to some of the students of Super 30.
A biopic on Mr. Anand Kumar is under process and renowned Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan is likely to reprise the role.
