The National Academy of Legal Studies and Research , which is commonly known by its abbreviation NALSAR, has started inviting applications for some of its courses. The Directorate of Distance Education of NALSAR University of Law has commenced the application process for admissions into the two-year courses of M.A. in Aviation Law and Air Transport Management and M.A. in Security and Defence Laws and also for the one-year PG Diploma in Advanced Maritime Laws as well as in Aviation Law and Air Transport Management.
The Centre for Aerospace and Defence Laws, that was established by the NALSAR University, will be offering these courses. The last date for the submission of the application form is 10th August 2019, Saturday and classes are estimated to start in the month of September or October.

NALSAR University of Law is a premier institution of legal studies located in Hyderabad in the state of Telangana. It was one of the first National Law Universities that were instituted in the country. NALSAR University of Law offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses of law and it also provides a postgraduate programme in business administration.
NALSAR conducts admission in its undergraduate course of B.A. L.L.B. (Honours) through the entrance examination of CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) . There are only 120 seats at NALSAR for the B.A. LL.B. course and hence the university is considered to be highly selective when conducting admissions.

The seats in the postgraduate course of NALSAR are 60, out of which 10 seats are reserved for international students. It offers ten specialisations in L.L.M. and follows a credit-based elective system.
