Narula Institute of Technology organised a One day Interactive Industrial Seminar on CRM. The Interactive Seminar held at the Seminar Hall in the main campus of the college near Kamarhati in Kolkata. The Seminar was organised by the Department of Information Technology. The main focus of the seminar was on the future exploration and expansions of Cloud Computing and Cloud CRM solutions in technology, which we see in daily life these days. Well known laureate Mr. Nilanjan Basu Associate Director, Cognizant and Business Development Lead, Cloud CRM Solutions graced the seminar with his presence in the chair.
He gave a lecture on CRM system usage in solving various technical issues and shared some valuable suggestions on how to make CRM Cloud Management more useful in studies and for various innovative ideas of the students. The Ultimate Seminar was a gateway for all the Engineering and Management students of the college to gain valuable suggestions and mentorship from the expert laureate and to showcase their talent & thoughts in the matter and gain the reputation of applause from the jury.
The Speaker had interactive sessions with all the students who were present in the workshop.Students from different streams and sections of the college actively participated in each and every session and made the Seminar a great hit. Each of the session was very helpful and encouraging for all the students as well as for the faculty members of the college.In the Seminar, the students and the faculty members also got the opportunity to clear all their doubts about the subject matter with Mr. Basu to have a broader and clearer idea of the matter. All and all the Seminar was an exclusive opportunity for the students to explore different usages of CRM in different lively ways.
