The National Board of Examinations (NBE) will conduct the FDGE 2020 exam on December 4. The Foreign Dental Graduate Exam is a computer-based exam and is conducted for those who have been awarded primary dental (UG) qualification from a foreign institute/university. The FDGE exam consists of two question papers. Paper 1 comprises 100 MCQs whereas Paper 2 has 150 MCQs. Candidates will be given 120 and 180 minutes respectively for both the papers.

The important dates for NBE Foreign Dental Graduate Exam (FDGE) 2020 are as follows:

The NBE will also conduct demo tests from November 24 onwards so that the candidates are familiar with the exam pattern. The FDGE exam will have a break between the two tests. One mark will be given for the correct answer and there will not be any negative marking, as per the rules.

NBE has also informed that the screening test for Indian Citizens/OCI possessing PG Diploma/Post Graduate Dental qualifications awarded by a dental institution outside India will be conducted in due course of time and the details regarding the same will be notified separately. The notification for the same will be released on the official website of NBE. NBE has also postponed the NEET PG exam and the dates will be notified soon.
