NDA I 2016 Written Exam Result Declared by UPSC

The written exam result of NDA/NA I 2016 was declared by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) yesterday, June 29. The exam was conducted on April 17, 2016. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their result.

The result is provided discretely as per the roll numbers of the candidates. Qualified candidates will further be invited for the final selection procedure by the Service Selection Board for the interview round.

The final interview round will decide the admissions into the 137th course in Army, Navy and Air Force Wings of the National Defence Academy as well as for the 99th Course offered by Indian Naval Academy that will be commencing from January 2, 2017.

NDA I is a 5 hour long written exam that was conducted across 41 cities in India in 2016. It is an objective-type exam of total 900 marks and comprises of Mathematics and General Ability questions. Negative marking is applicable in this exam and for every wrong answer one-third of the marks allotted to a question are deducted.
