The NEET i.e National Eligibility Cum Entrance Exam results were announced on 17 th August’ 16. The results were announced by CBSE on their official website. Since the result is out soon counselling will start, the counselling will have two rounds. The counselling session will be hosted by MCC i.e. Medical Council Committee from 22 nd August’ 16 to 25 th August’ 16.

The students who have qualified NEET can now go to the official website and can apply for counselling to take admission into the medical and dental colleges of India. The counselling will be completely digital i.e. online. Students do not have to upload any document for counselling but during admission, following documents will be required and the result of counselling round 1 will be declared on 28 th August’ 16.

- Result/ rank letter issued by CBSE
- Class 10+2 Mark Sheet
- Admit cards of exam issued by the CBSE
- Provisional allotment letter generated online
