The results of second round of seat allotment for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) has been published on the official website of NEET. The counselling will take place to fill up 5,698 MBBS and BDS seats.
The candidates who secured seats in the second allotment have to report in the respective colleges from September 13 to September 20, 2016. If there are any vacant seats after the second round, the seats would be transferred to the state quota on September 20, 2016 . The classes for the first year students will commence from September 30, 2016.

The candidates can check the results of second round of seat allotment by following the below-mentioned steps:-
- The candidates need to log in to the official website
- There is a link called 'Allotment result round 2’. Click on it.
- A PDF file will be displayed which consists of the roll numbers of the candidates and allotted colleges
After the seat allotment, the candidates have to present the following documents while reporting at the college:-
- Rank letter issued by CBSE
- NEET 2016 Admit Card
- Class 10 & 12 certificate and mark sheet
- Proof of identity
- Provisional admission letter
- Eight passport size photographs
- Migration certificate
