NEET PG 2024 Exam Day Guidelines (Post-Exam)

• While leaving the exam hall, candidates shall carry their NEET PG Admit Card 2024 along with them. 
• As the exam will be held online, the question paper will not be available.
• Rough work pages are to be submitted. 
• Candidates are advised not to gather outside the exam hall after completion of the exams.
• Follow the instructions of the invigilator while leaving the examination hall.

NEET PG 2024 Exam Day Guidelines (During Exam)

• As soon as candidates enter the exam hall, they shall follow the instructions of the invigilator. 
• Candidates shall be seated at the computer devised allotted to them as per their roll number.
• Avoid malpractices. 
• Moving head frequently or peeing will be regarded as cheating, and maybe removed from the examination hall. 
• To access the washroom (only if necessary), candidates shall seek permission of the invigilator.
• After the completion of the exam timings, candidates will be allowed to leave the exam hall.

IDs to be carried along with NEET PG Admit Card 2024

On the exam day, candidates shall carry their NEET PG 2024 admit card along with ID cards. Here are the details regarding the IDs: 

• Only government-issued IDs will be accepted.
• The ID should be valid, non-expired, and original.
• Details on the ID should correspond to the details on the NEET PG admit card 2024. 

Candidates shall carry their Driving License, Voter ID, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, or Passport.

NEET PG 2024 Admit Card: Specification for Photograph

Candidates will have to paste their recent passport-size photograph on the NEET PG admit card 2024. Here are the specifications to be followed: 

• The recommended size is 35x45mm.

• At least 75% of the photograph should be covered by the candidate’s head and face. 

• The background should be white without any scratches, stains or kinks

• Neutral expression the candidates, and should not wear any ornaments, caps, or goggles. 

• The photograph must not have any shadow or reflection on the face with red eyes

• Printed on a high-quality paper with a 60dpi resolution.

NEET PG 2024: Dress code

Candidates shall carry their NEET PG admit card 2024 on the exam day and follow these dress code guidelines to be allowed to enter the exam centre: 

• Half sleeves light colored clothes without big buttons, badges, flowers, brooches.
• Sandals and slippers are allowed only. Shoes or thick soles or heels are not allowed.
• No jewellery or watches are allowed.

When will NEET PG 2024 admit card be released?

Following the previous year's patterns, the NEET PG 2024 admit card is expected to be released before noon through the official website. However, if delayed, it shall be released latest by 6 PM. Since there is no intimation for delay or postponement of the release of the admit card, candidates shall remain patient to download their NEET PG Admit Card 2024.

Resolving errors in NEET PG Admit Card 2024

In case of any errors in the NEET PG admit card 2024, the same shall be informed to the NBE officials immediately. The admit card is the most important document to be carried by the candidates on the exam day, and shall necessarily comprise all accurate details. Even slight errors in the admit card may refrain the candidate from appearing for the exam, so, it is important to address any errors in the NEET PG 2024 admit card.

If a candidate is facing problems downloading their NEET PG 2024 admit card due to any circumstances, they shall report the same instantly to the NBE through email. The NBE will look into the matter and resolve the issue. Candidates shall ensure to provide their user ID, application number, and details of the issue in downloading the admit card.

Who will be the NEET PG 2024 Admit Card be issued to?

The NEET PG admit card 2024 will be issued to the candidates who have successfully registered for the NEET PG 2024 exam to be held on June 23. Candidates who have paid the registration fee online, upload all the documents and meet the minimum required qualifications and experiences. Anyone who is found ineligible will not be issued the admit card and the registration fee will not be refunded.

NEET PG 2024: Verification at the Exam Centers

On the NEET PG 2024 exam day, each candidate will be verified before appearing for the exams. Apart from the NEET PG Admit Card 2024 that candidates will carry along, they will be verified through these methods:

• Candidates will be frisked through hand-held metal detectors or body pat
• Each candidate will be photographed at the exam centres and matched with the photograph on the admit card, which is why it is necessary to paste the most recent photograph.
• Face ID verification will be done, and those who do not pass the verification will be rejected to appear for the exam.

NEET PG 2024: How to pass security check?

At the entrance of the exam centre, each candidate shall undergo security checks before the NEET PG 2024 exam on the exam day. To pass the security checks without any issues, candidates shall follow these instructions: 

• Carry the NEET PG Admit Card 2024 with the QR code/barcode in the hand with the passport-size photograph fixed on it.
• Keep the ID proof at hand that matches the details on the admit card.
• Dress as per the dress-code specified by NBE.
• Do not carry any of the restricted items.
• If candidates belong to the PwD category, they shall carry valid documents/certificates supporting the same.

Reporting to Exam Centers as per NEET PG 2024 Admit Card

The NEET PG 2024 admit card is the final document released by the NBE specifying the reporting date, time, and venue for the NEET PG 2024 aspirants. So, candidates are advised to follow the instructions mentioned on the admit card. Further, it is advisable to reach the exam centre 30 minutes before the specified time on the NEET PG admit card 2024 to avoid late arrivals. Candidates reporting to the exam centre post the reporting time shall not be allowed to enter the exam centre.

Can candidates change Exam Center mentioned in NEET PG Admit Card 2024?

The NEET PG 2024 admit card will be issued based on the exam centres filled by the candidates at their convenience. NBE will be allotting candidates as per their preference, and availability of seats at the exam centres. So, if candidates are not allotted their first preference, they shall be issued in second or third preference. Hence, they shall not be allowed to make changes to the exam centres after the NEET PG admit card 2024 is issued. Although in special cases, NBE may consider change of exam center, yet it is most likely that the result to request for change of exam center will fail.

NEET PG Admit Card 2024: Retrieving login password

As the NEET PG 2024 admit card is being released online, candidates will have to download their admit cards online only. If candidates have forgotten their login password created at the time of registration, they shall retrieve their password through the following steps: 

• On the official website, candidates shall go to the login link. 
• The User ID and the security code shall be entered and click on "Forget Password". 
• The user ID and password will be sent to the candidate in the registered email ID.

Items not to carry on exam day: NEET PG 2024 Admit Card

The NEET PG Admit Card 2024 will mention the list of the items that shall not be carried by the candidates on the exam. Candidates shall follow the instructions carefully. So, here is a list to be noted that candidates will not be allowed to carry beyond the security checkpoint: 

• Stationary items such as notes, books, paper, pen, writing pad, calculator, pen drives, plastic pouch, and eraser.
• Electronic items such as mobile phones, pagers, earphones, Bluetooth devices, health bands, wristwatches, electronic pens, or scanner
• Ornaments such as rings, earrings, bracelets, nose pins, chains/necklaces, badges/brooches, and pendants.
• Eatable and other items such as wallets, bags, helmets, belts, caps, goggles, soft drinks, water bottles, and packed food items.

• Through the official website, under the General Links, the NEET PG Admit Card Link 2024 will be activated. 
• Click on the link, and enter the user id and password to log in. 
• Access the admit card and download it after a careful review.

Candidates registered for the NEET PG 2024 exam to be held on June 23, shall download their NEET PG Admit Card 2024 on June 18, 2024. It is expected to be released by 12 PM on the official website.
