NEET PG Counselling 2021 special round seat allotment results announced today, April 4, 2022. Earlier Supreme court has ordered the dismissal of the mop up round due to availability of 146 additional seats and decided to conduct a special round was to accommodate the vacant 146 seats.
NEET PG Counselling 2021 has recently announced the release of the special round seat allotment results. This will enable all the aspiring candidates who had applied for the Special Round Counselling 2021 and have still not got any seats to have a chance at getting into one of the premier medical institutions of the country. What is the NEET PG 2021 Special Round Counselling?
The NEET PG 2021 special round counselling was introduced recently under the direct orders of the Supreme Court. The NEET PG Counselling Mop Up Round results were pulled by the Supreme Court after several anomalies were pointed out in the counselling procedure.
The Court has expressed dissatisfaction in the mop up round counselling regarding two salient points as mentioned below:
The addition of 146 new seats in the government colleges in the mop up round counselling. This created a problem because these seats had not been available in Round 1 as well as Round 2.
The notice dated March 16, 2022 as put forward by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) bars all the aspiring candidates who have taken admissions in the state quota from applying for the All India Quota (AIQ). The problem arose because this notification has not been uniformly applied everywhere.

Visit the official website of the MCC- mcc.nic.in;
Click on the NEET PG 2021 section;
Click on the NEET PG 2021 Special Round seat allotment list provided;
On clicking, the Special Round seat allotment list PDF will be shown;
Download the seat allotment PDF for the NEET 2021 Special Round for any further reference;
All those candidates who got a seat allotted in the NEET PG Special Round list are further instructed to report to the mentioned medical colleges between April 4, to April 6, 2022.
