NEET Total Marks 2024: Check subject-wise total questions and marks

NEET 2024 subject-wise exam pattern and marks distribution here. The NEET exam pattern will be released along with the NEET UG 2024 notification, which will be released tentatively in the first week of March 2024.

NEET Subject-Wise Total Questions and Marks: The National Testing Agency will likely release the NEET UG 2024 notification tentatively in the first week of March 2024. It is expected that the NEET 2024 exam pattern will remain the same as the previous year. Hence considering the previous years’ trend, it is assuming that the NEET UG 2024 exam will be held on 720 marks. Candidates, who will be appearing for the NEET UG 2024 exam, should have knowledge about the NEET 2024 exam pattern and subject-wise marks division.

NEET 2024: Subject-Wise Total Questions and Marks

A total of 720 questions will be asked in the NEET 2024 exam; where the candidates will get 50 questions each from Physics and Chemistry and 100 questions from Biology. Candidates can check out the subject-wise NEET 2024 marks distributions and the number of questions here:

Apart from the section-wise marks distribution, the candidates can also check out the NEET 2024 marking scheme here:

  • Candidates will get 4 marks for every correct answer
  • No negative marking will be there for the incorrectly marked answers
  • Once the answers are marked in the NEET IMR sheet, the same will not be changed
  • If the candidates mark more than one option, then it will lead to get a mark deduction
