MBBS and BDS candidates who are yet to apply for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2017 have one day left to apply for the entrance examination. March 1, 2017, is the deadline to apply for the medical entrance examination.
Many students have been complaining that they were unable to get a proper slip even after submitting the application fees. The officials associated with NEET-UG 2017 advised that the candidates whose fee payment is not updated online have to pay the examination fee again. Later, the excess fee, which was not updated, will be refunded to the respective bank accounts. The applicants must note that the fee confirmation must be generated by March 1, 2017.

The candidates who are yet to apply for NEET-UG 2017 must note that Aadhaar number is mandatory to register for the examination. On the other hand, NRI or foreign candidates have to register for the exam with their Passport number. The candidates who have registered for Aadhaar Card and are yet to receive it can register for NEET-UG 2017 by using the enrollment number.

The last date to register for NEET-UG 2017 has approached and there is no clarity on various petitions filed in Supreme Court regarding the upper age limit. The students who filed the petitions are waiting for the judgment of Supreme Court.
Similarly, the government of Pondicherry also advised the medical aspirants to apply for NEET-UG 2017 examination as the central government did not give any clarity on the exemption of Pondicherry from NEET.
