MCC or Medical Counselling Committee which conducts admission process for All India Quota (AIQ) seats based on NEET merit has begun the registration and choice locking process for the second round counselling. The registration and choice locking portal will be functional until August 4, 2017, 5:00 PM. The seat allotment process will begin only after the conclusion of registration and choice locking process.
MCC has also published the details relating to seat matrix after Round 1 counselling process. The candidates can check the vacant seats due to non-reporting in colleges after Round 1 here .

Who can participate in Round 2 Counselling?
- Candidates who took part in Round 1 counselling and did not secure a seat can register for Round 2.
- Candidates who voluntarily opted out of Round 1 counselling and decided to take part in Round 2 can also register.
- However, candidates who wish to take part in MCC Round 2 counselling for AIQ seats must submit fresh choices.
- The options filled by the candidates in the first round are not valid.
After the conclusion of Round 2 admission process for AIQ seats, Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will transfer the vacant seats (if any) to the respective state governments.
