NEET UG Counselling Dates 2022 are expected to be declared at mcc.nic.in by the first week of October 2022. The counselling itself is also likely to begin by the first/second week as well.
NEET UG Counselling 2022: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts all-India counselling for MBBS/BDS/B.Sc Nursing admissions through NEET UG examination. Based on its records for the past few years, it is likely that MCC will release the schedule for NEET UG counselling by the first week of October 2022, which will be published online at mcc.nic.in.
Over the years, it was seen that MCC commences the counselling in about a month after the release of the results. For example, in 2020, the results were released on October 16 while the counselling began on October 28. In 2019, the result date was June 5 and the start of the counselling was on July 1. However, for the previous year 2021, due to an order from SC, the counselling was delayed and began almost two months after the declaration of the results. Hence, considering these, it can be expected that the counselling will begin within a month.
NTA released NEET UG Result 2022 on September 7, thus, the counselling is expected to commence by October first week, or latest by the second week. The counselling will begin with the registrations and a total of four rounds will be carried out: Regular Round 1, Regular Round 2, Mop-Up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round.

After online registrations at mcc.nic.in, candidates will be required to fill out the choice preferences for various institutes, post which the seat allotment will be released. Candidates will then have to report at their allotted institutes for their document verification and admission process.
