New VC appointed to Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technical Studies

Dr. UmaShankar Sharma, the newly appointed vice chancellor of Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technical Studies has officially taken over charge in the presence of all officials of MPUAT.

After taking the charges Dr. Sharma, Vice Chancellor said that he will avail all new researchers and information to the farmers as early as possible while thanking Governor of the state and chancellor of University said that his priority is to develop financial condition of farmers of Mewar.

Discussing university’s issues VC said that there are several vacant posts in university which need to be filling soon, and he will try for that. He also discussed the problems of pensioners and said that he is trying to resolve it. He assured pensioners that the formality of loan from Bank of India is on its last stage and hopefully state government will also provide the guarantee.
