Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, the Union Education Minister declared the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) Management rankings 2022 for the top 25 Institutes on July 15, 2022 virtually, at the official website- nirfindia.org. The Education Minister announced the NIRF rankings 2022 around 11 am onwards on the said date. IIM Ahmedabad secured the first position in the category of NIRD 2022 Management category. The Institution constantly showed its excellence and hold the first position in the same category since 2020. All the top three management colleges retained their position as per NIRF 2021 rankings.
The rank of top 25 MBA colleges have be published according to the evaluation of five components, such as research and professional practice, outreach and inclusivity, graduation outcome, teaching- learning and resources and perception. Compared to last year, the total number of participation of the Institutes has increased this year. In 2022, 7254 higher educational Institutes participated, whereas the number of participation in last year was 6272.

NIRF Management Ranking 2021: Important Highlights
In 2021, IIM Ahmedabad secured the first position as per NIRF Management rankings. Total four IIMs hold the top 5 ranks, they are IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta and IIM Kozhikode. Their ranks were respectively 2, 3 and 4.
