Based on the cutoff released, NIT Durgapur JoSAA Round 1 closing rank 2024 has been stated here for HS & OS quota, and for open gender-neutral category. In Round 2, the closing rank for CSE is 18785 for HS Quota, and 11499 for OS quota. Check the closing ranks for all the other 11 courses here. NIT Durgapur will allow admission to 969 students, combining all courses.
Furthermore, admission will be guaranteed based on the category-wise reservation. For admission into B.Tech courses, candidates will have to pay Rs. 62,500 per semester as tuition fee, and Rs. 8600 as other fees. According to NIT Durgapur placement statistics in 2023, the highest placements were recorded for the CSE, CE, and MME branches. 82.80% of the registered students were placed in the CSE branch, 88.33% in the Chemical Engineering branch, and 90.32% in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
