The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has confirmed that there would be no changes in the syllabus of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2018 . The national level medical entrance exam will follow the same pattern and syllabus of NEET-UG 2017. CBSE issued an official notification in this regard on the official website. The much-awaited NEET-UG 2018 notification will be issued soon.
CBSE denied the rumours that state curriculum to be included in NEET-UG 2018 . Aspiring candidates can start preparing for NEET, as CBSE gave clarification on the syllabus.

CBSE will maintain a uniform question paper in all the ten languages in which NEET-UG 2018 will be conducted. The board is taking steps to maintain an error-free question paper with no translation errors.
Last year, there were many issues regarding the uniformity of question paper, the difficulty level of questions and translation. Many students were highly disappointed with the way CBSE conducted the examination. In most cases, the rigid examination rules and dress code prescribed by CBSE caused discomfort to students and parents.

Like last year, Aadhar number is mandatory to register for NEET-UG 2018. Candidates who do not have Aadhar card will have to specify at least Aadhar Enrollment Number. However, the mandatory Aadhar rule will not be applicable to Meghalaya, Assam and Jammu & Kashmir. NRI students will have to specify the passport number during the online registration.
