R.Manasa, a mechanical engineering student at Nova College of Engineering and Technology got selected as Chief Security Officer in Jet airways. On this occasion, the college management conducted a press meet to congratulate the student.

College director, G.Srinivasa Rao said, “Around 5 students attend for interviews conducted by Jet airways and R.Manasa got selected as chief security officer”. He also mentioned that the college has a good placement percentage in the locality. He congratulated R.Manasa for and achievement and wished for bright future. He mentioned that a budget of Rs.10,00,000 has been estimated to improve the percentage of placements.

The college has a placement cell where students are trained in soft skills and spoken English. 40 students per batch will be trained in the placement cell for a period of 30 days.

The press meet was attended by the college principal, Srinivasa Prasad and faculty of the mechanical department.
