NTA, the examination administering agency, issued a notice on Wednesday specifying the language medium for the National Eligibility and Entrance Test for Undergraduates (NEET UG 2023) exam.

NTA clarification on NEET question paper: On April 19, the exam administering authority, the National Testing Agency (NTA), issued a significant notice to specify the language medium for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET UG 2023) exam. The exam is all set to be conducted on 7th May (Sunday) from 2:00 PM to 5:20 PM.

NTA Clarification on NEET Question Paper 2023

According to the notice released by the authorities-
  • Candidates who choose English as their language preference will receive the test booklet in English only.
  • Those who choose Hindi will receive a bilingual test booklet in both English and Hindi.
  • Similarly, candidates who opt for regional languages will also receive a bilingual test booklet in the chosen regional language and English.
The regional language available for candidates to choose from are-
  • Assamese
  • Bengali
  • Gujarati
  • Kannada
  • Malayalam
  • Marathi
  • Odia
  • Punjabi
  • Tamil
  • Telegu, and
  • Urdu

Candidates appearing for the NEET 2023 exam must check the question paper pattern-

-1 for each incorrect answer
