Odisha Board Class 10 Exam Dates and Pattern Released: HSC Exam to Begin from April 29

Odisha Board Class 10 Exam 2022 will mostly occur in next month, April 2022, as per an official of its conducting authority, the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha (BSEO). Although the Odisha Board 10th Date Sheet 2022 is yet to be officially published, the Odisha HSC Examination will be conducted from April 29 onwards at self-centres. The Odisha Board Exam 2022 will be conducted in two shifts, the first one being at 08.00 a.m., while the second sitting will be conducted at 11.00 a.m.

"All subjects, with the exception of vocational trades and third language, would be graded on an 80-mark scale," conveyed the BSEO official speaking at a news conference in Cuttack. He continued, "Summative and internal assessments will be used to assess the students in three ways. The method in which students receive the highest marks would be considered."

According to the BSEO official, the OMR sheet will include 50 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and the remaining 30 marks would comprise of subjective questions . The state government declared last Friday, March 11, that the annual matriculation examination would be held in offline mode at self-centres from April 29, 2022 to May 6, 2022.

The chief secretary, SC Mohapatra, stated that all candidates must appear in the examination and again reinforced that the evaluation of the BSEO examination will be done in three different methods. The annual examination is likely to have applications up to 6.5 lakh students. All BSEO students across the state will participate in the Summative Assessment-II in their own schools while teachers from other schools will serve as invigilators.
