Odisha Board Class 12 (CHSE) 2022 exam date has been released. The authority will conduct the exam from April 28, 2022 in an offline mode. Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, had made the announcement today, on March 17, 2022. More than 3.2 lakh students in Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational stream will appear for the examination. Students will be able to check the detailed CHSE Plus 2 date sheet soon on the official website – chseodisha.nic.in
Odisha Plus 2 exam will be conducted in offline mode. The Odisha government has also announced that sympathetic steps will be taken in view of the difficult situation faced by the student community due to the pandemic issue.
Odisha Board Class 12 Exams 2022 - Highlights
- Odisha Plus 2 practical exams will be conducted internally by the schools only.
- Weightage of 20% in both theory and practicals will be given from the performance of the students in quarter-end examinations which were conducted by the schools internally.
- Schools will have to calculate this 20% weightage of quarter-end exams and 8% weightage of CHSE Board Exams 2022 and every fraction shall be rounded off to the next whole number.
Along with that, students will be assessed in two separate schemes in a paper.
a) Performance of the candidates based on his performance only in Annual H.S Examination.
b) 80% weightage on the basis of performance in the Annual H.S. Examination and 20% weightage from the performance in Quarter End Examinations.
The highest of the marks obtained by the students in the above two schemes shall be the final mark in that paper.
