As per the decision of the meeting, a Summative Assessment-II (SA-II) examination will be conducted for Class 10th students. The assessment will be conducted in the offline mode from April 29th to May 6th, 2022, and will be conducted to evaluate the student's performance in the second half course period. The BSE board has decided that the evaluation for Odisha Board Class 10th students will be done on the basis of 3 different methods. As per the first method, the weightage of Summative Assessment-I and internal assessment will be doubled. As per the second method, the weightage of Summative Assessment-II will be doubled for the result. The third and last method will include an internal assessment. This internal assessment will be on the basis of 30 percent of SA-I, 20 percent of internal assessment, and 50 percent in SA-II. That means if a student has attained 57 in the first method, 52 in the second method, and 54 in the third method in any subject, then that student will get the highest marks (57 marks) among all three as the final score.
