OPSC Civil Services Prelims 2023 Exam Day Instructions: The Odisha Public Service Commission has scheduled to release the OPSC Civil Services prelims 2023 exam on October 15, 2023 . The authority has already released the admit card for the OPSC Civil Services Prelims exam on the official website- opsc.gov.in . After downloading the admit card, the candidates will find the exam day guidelines there, which should be followed on the exam day. Candidates should carry the OPSC Civil Services prelims admit card along with the other required documents on the exam date. If the candidates fail to carry those important documents on the Prelims exam day, they will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

- Candidates should note that the entire exam procedure will be done under CCTV Surveillance. Hence, the candidates will not be allowed to do any misconduct
- During the exam time, the candidates should maintain silence in the examination hall
- Candidates should mention their names, Roll number, Subject code, name of the service, and year of examination for all the correspondence with O.P.S.C
- Candidates should bring their own blue or black ballpoint pen to the exam centre. Use of other ink will be strictly prohibited
- Do not forget to bring the admission certificate to the exam hall duly affixing the recent passport-size photograph at the required space. Along with this, the candidates should bring the identity card with the original (voter ID card/ PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving license/ Aadhar Card) and a photocopy
- Candidates should write their Roll number on the top of the copy of the ID proof and also put their signature and date at the bottom. Also, the candidates should put a left thumb impression on the stamp pad ink at the correct spaces in the Attendance sheet
- Do not bring log tables, mobile phones, calculators, Digital and smart watches, iPad, earphones, pagers, and other electronic gadgets to the exam hall. Note, that there will be a wall clock installed in every room of the exam hall
- Candidates should not use calculators for answering the objective type papers
- Candidates should report one hour before the exam scheduled exam time of the exam commencement
- Candidates should not write anything on the answer sheet or on the test booklet (except for roll number) or on the admission certificate
- The PwD candidates will be provided a compensatory time of 40 minutes in each sitting
