Peal Academy School of Creative Business has launched a new Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a 25% scholarship on the tuition fee. The Pearl Academy's PGDM course has received the approval and recognition of the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) . The new PGDM course will be offered in three campuses of Pearl Academy i.e. Mumbai , Bangalore and New Delhi starting from the AY 2021.

Pearl Academy will offer four specializations of the PGDM course:

- Entrepreneurship, Start-up and Family Business
- Marketing and Communication
- Business Analytics and Data Science
All of these specializations are very relevant in the current scenario of management education and scope. Aditi Srivastava, the President of Pearl Academy, has stated that the specializations being offered for their PGDM course are "well-curated as per the current and future business trends and the rise of startups."
