There have been discussions to increase the number of seats in the Post-Graduate Program (PGP) offered at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A) . A proposal has been sent by the institute to the ministry of human resource development (MHRD) to get approval for the increase in intake.
The premier institute has also asked for funding from the HRD ministry. Currently, the PGP course offered by IIM-A intakes nearly 400 students. The plans of increasing the capacity have been approved by officials of the institute but no further details have been shared.
