Reputed IT company Jilan Solutions conducted placement drive at Kollem college of Engineering and Technology, Guntur on 12-April-2016. The placement drive was conducted for the IT and CSE students of the college. College principal, Dr.N.Uma Shankar Reddy inaugurated the placement drive. Company officials detailed the process of interview. The placement drive was supervised by placement cell of the college.
Four rounds of interview were conducted. Students took part in a preliminary written test, group discussion, technical round and face to face interview. A total number of 150 students participated and 31 students were selected by the company officials after the final round. The selected students are offered an annual package of Rs.2, 00,000. Company officials gave offer letters to the selected students.
On this occasion, the college management conducted a press meet to congratulate the selected students. Addressing the media, college principal, Dr.N.Uma Shankar Reddy said, “Various companies visited and recruited the students in the placement drives conducted by the college in the academic year 2015-2016”. He congratulated the students for their achievement. He appreciated the college faculty for their sincere hard work and dedication.
Students thanked the college management for their cooperation, support and motivation.
