Ranchi University has taken an initiative to upload the notes of teachers and professors on the official website. College authorities are ready to revamp the website after the vacation and incorporate all vital information which will benefit students and aspiring candidates. The university reopens on November 7, 2016.
Advertising officer of RU, PK Jha mentioned that Senator cum-chancellor Draupadi Murmu led a meeting with vice-chancellors of all the state universities and guided them to put up the important points and notes on the college's site.

The teachers will be asked to not simply give the notes of the classes they have already conducted, additionally those classes also that they are going to conduct. If the students have the notes with them before the classes, it will be simple for them to comprehend the subject being explained in the class.
The teachers are applauding the initiative taken by the university. Head of Hindi division of RU, Jungbahadur Pandey stated that it would be helpful to the students to understand the topics and the students from other universities will also be benefitted through this initiative.

Students also expressed their happiness over the initiative. One of the students said that it would be helpful for the students who fail to attend the classes due to various reasons. They need not borrow notes from the classmates. Instead, they can access the notes from the official website.
The university will also update the information related to admission procedures, details about extracurricular activities, class timing details and much more on the website.
