RAS Main Exam Date 2022 (Out): Exam to be held on March 20 and 21

RAS Main Exam Date 2022: All arrangements have been made for the RPSC, Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive (Main) Examination, also known as the Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS). The Main examination is going to be conducted in two shifts on Sunday and Monday i.e. March 20 & 21. A spokesperson of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) earlier told that the mains exam will be conducted from 9 am to 12 noon and from 2 pm to 5 pm on the said dates.

Examination centers will all the facilities have already been set up at all the 7 divisional district headquarters of the state. The exam was earlier supposed to be held on February 25 and 26, 2022, but was postponed because of the protests by some aspirants demanding an extension. The candidates wanted an extension due to a sudden change in the syllabus and after the matter landed in court the exam was postponed.

The chief minister of Rajasthan, Ashok Gehlot had previously said in a press conference that the postponement of RAS Main is not in the interest of candidates as it will put financial as well as mental pressure on them. However, BJP leaders demanded the postponement of the RPSC RAS examination, and also several Congress leaders also supported the candidates in their demand to postpone the exam.

RAS Admit Card 2022 was released on 14th March on the official Rajasthan Public Service Commission’s website - rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. Candidates must download their admit cards from the website and must carry it with them on the exam day. The candidates appearing in the examination should follow all the instructions provided on the admit card and should be present at the examination center by wearing a mask.
