Results for the final Chartered Accountants (CA) exam and Common Proficiency Test (CPT) exam 2016 was announced by the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI) today, July 18. Candidates who appeared for the exams can check their result on the official website of ICAI.
The website is also displaying the list of candidates who secured a minimum of 55% and up to the Rank 50 in the CA final exam for the ease of students.

In order to check the results, students must follow the steps given below:
- Navigate to the official website ICAI
- Links for the result of both the exams will be available on the website. Candidates must click on the link of the respective exams for which they have appeared.
- Submit your registration number or PIN as well as the roll number that was assigned to you
- Your result in the respective exam will appear on the screen
Students who have applied for results via SMS will receive their results on their registered mobile numbers as well.
Final exam for CA was conducted in the month of May while the CPT exam was held in the month of June.
