RGUKT Basar Tie Breaking Policy 2022

If two or more candidates score equal marks then the merit list will be prepared on the basis of the following tie-breaking policy.

• In the event of a tie, the higher grade or score in the Mathematics subject will be considered

• If the tie remains, a higher grade or score in General Science will be considered

• If the tie remains, a higher grade or score in English will be considered

• If the tie persists, a higher grade or score in a social studies subject will be taken into account

• If the tie still exists, a higher grade in the first language is taken into account

• If the tie remains, an older applicant will be considered

• If the tie persists, the lowest random number drawn from the merit list is used

RGUKT Basar Counselling 2022

After the selection list is published, the RGUKT Basar counselling process will begin. Candidates chosen for admission from the selection list must physically attend the RGUKT Basar (Nirmal) Verification Centre to complete the certificate verification procedure. The tuition cost that candidates are required to pay is Rs. 37,000 each year. Candidates who are qualified for the fee reimbursement system must pay the tuition charge at the time of reporting. However, such candidates must present the necessary documentation.
