As per the RITES Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidate would get parent pay, deputation allowance, and other perks depending on the 7th CPC Matrix Level-14 and 13 as their salary. The exact pay scale is not revealed in the official notification.

Candidates must meet the eligibility mentioned below to be chosen under the RITES Recruitment 2023 drive:
Candidates' age limit should not cross 55 years.
The candidate will be selected based on their previous working experience in the position specified above.
The applicant must be an IRSME officer with 18 years of experience in Group ‘A’ service.
