A student from University of Hyderabad (UoH) has bagged a job in a Japan-based company - Work Applications Co Ltd. He has been offered a package of Rs. 40 lakh per annum.
According to a press release by UoH, Ravichandra Mangipudi who is pursuing MCA course at School of Computer & Information Sciences, UoH was selected in a campus recruitment conducted by the company. He has been chosen for the position of R&D Engineer at the Singapore branch of Work Applications Co Ltd.

Ravichandra thanked the faculty of the University for their constant motivation and support. He mentioned that UoH is one of the best universities which lays more emphasis on research. He further added that the university has a good faculty-student ratio which enables the faculty to pay personal attention to each and every student.
The University Grants Commission (UGC) is also offering a Special Assistance Programme on Green Compting for the students of School of Computer & Information Sciences.

Work Applications Co Ltd is an ERP system manufacturer. The headquarters of the company is in Tokyo. Currently, the company has branches in Singapore, Chennai, Los Angels, Shanghai and New York. Around 2,800 employees have been working for this company worldwide.
