Guntur Infotech a corporate software company in Guntur c onducted campus interviews at Kollam Engineering College, Guntur on 21-March-2016 . The interview was conducted for the position of software development engineer.
Around 150 students of various engineering colleges attended the interviews and 30 students have got placed. Out of 30, three students of Kallem Engineering College got placed as software development engineers.
In a press note released by the college management stated that three students of final year CSE got placed at a salary of Rs.1,50,000/annum.
College principal stated that the students of their college mostly belong to rural areas and the college has been improving the skills of the students to securing better jobs. He also stated that the college is conduction special communication skills classes twice a week.
